Bernhd. Brekke AS is the parent company of Brekke Industrier As with subsidiary companies in addition to Solhjell AS, Øysand Øst AS and Brekke Balti OU.

Future
Bernhd. Brekke AS wants to act as a professional owner- and investment company. As a result of this, Bernhd. Brekke AS is a part-owner in three investment companies in Central Norway, and has participated actively in the founding of InvestorForum Trøndelag, where Trond Brekke har been chairman of the Board 1998 - 2010.
